The tree of this variety is quite vigorous and hardy, with a spreading crown. The yield of the variety is good, although a tendency toward alternate bearing is noted. The tree blooms in the first ten days of May, and fruit harvesting is carried out in the second half of October.

The fruits are medium-sized, rounded, and often asymmetrical in shape. The skin is smooth and of medium thickness. The flesh is white, firm, and fine-grained, with a bittersweet taste and aroma. During storage, which can last until March, the fruits become softer and can develop a mealy consistency.
