The fruits are medium-sized, resembling the Reinette variety in shape, but are less conical. The skin is yellow-green with red stripes or spots. The flesh is tender, with a structure similar to the Calville variety.

The variety is late-maturing: harvesting takes place in October, and the fruits have the ability to be stored throughout the winter until spring. Historically, the variety was valued precisely for its high storage characteristics, ensuring a supply of fruit for the winter period.
