Trees are characterized as low-vigor, prone to biennial bearing, but productive. The fruits are medium-sized and have a truncate-conical, elongated shape. The skin is smooth, with a greenish ground color, which acquires a red or pink blush upon ripening and may turn yellow during storage.

The flesh is white, firm and juicy, possesses a sweet taste with a slight acidity, and a banana aroma has been noted in some forms. The variety is late-maturing; the fruits ripen by mid-November and are capable of maintaining freshness until the following spring.
