The tree reaches a height of 4–6 meters. The fruits are medium-sized, round in shape, and have a yellow-green color with a reddish blush. Flowering occurs in May with white flowers. Harvesting maturity of the apples occurs in September, and the fruits can be stored until February.
The apples are juicy, sweet, with a mild acidity, and are used fresh, as well as for making juice and cider. The variety exhibits biennial bearing and requires cross-pollination; suitable pollinators include the varieties Filippa, Ingrid Marie, Rød Ananas, and Belle de Boskoop. The plant is resistant to scab, powdery mildew, and apple tree canker.
