The tree grows with medium to high vigor, forming a wide, spreading or pyramidal crown, and enters fruiting relatively late. The variety's yield is medium, often characterized by biennial bearing.

Fruits are medium-sized, weighing about 115 g, with a round shape and smooth, dry skin ranging from scarlet to dark red. The flesh is yellowish-white, often with red streaks, juicy, with a sweet-and-sour taste and spicy aroma.

Harvest maturity occurs in the first half of October, and consumer maturity after December 24. Fruits store until February-March. The variety has medium winter hardiness; it is highly susceptible to powdery mildew, fire blight, fruit tree canker, and codling moth, and weakly to moderately susceptible to scab.
