The RAXINA 30 variety belongs to the group of sour-tasting cider apples. Breeding was aimed at improving local varieties and increasing the technological qualities of fruits suitable for processing.

The plant possesses genetically determined resistance to scab due to the presence of the Vf gene and demonstrates tolerance to fire blight. Resistance to the rosy apple aphid and a tendency for regular bearing without pronounced alternate bearing are also noted.
