The variety was obtained within the framework of a program for breeding disease-resistant apples by crossing with donors of the Vr gene. The plant carries a combination of resistance genes Rvi2 and Rvi4, which provides genetic resistance to scab, and also demonstrates a high level of resistance to fire blight Erwinia amylovora.

At the same time, the variety is characterized as being more susceptible to powdery mildew compared to other representatives of the series. The consumer qualities of the fruits, such as their size, taste characteristics, and storage duration, limit the wide commercial distribution of the variety.
