The variety belongs to the winter maturity group; the harvest is collected in the second ten-day period of September. The tree is medium-sized, reaching 2.5–3 meters in height, and has a compact, broad-rounded, dense crown. The variety is characterized by low bud burst and low shoot-forming capacity, which causes the lower branches to become bare and fruiting to shift to the periphery.

The fruits are large or very large, with a mass of 180–250 g, uniform, scarlet in color with a yellowish tint. The flesh is yellow-cream, fine-grained, juicy, and aromatic, possessing a dessert taste. The variety is intended for long-term storage and fresh consumption; the fruits tolerate transportation well.

The variety possesses high winter hardiness. Resistance to diseases is rated as medium; in some years, attacks of powdery mildew are possible. In nurseries, it is classified as difficult-to-branch, which requires the use of pinching or growth regulators to obtain high-quality seedlings.
