The fruits are medium or large in size, turning golden-yellow with grey spots upon ripening. The flesh is white or yellowish-white, firm and juicy, possessing a vanilla aroma and a sweet flavor with a hint of acidity. Harvesting begins in October, and the fruits can be stored until August of the following year.

The tree reaches a height of about 6 meters. The variety is triploid and characterized by late flowering, which reduces the risk of damage from spring frosts. The apples have versatile uses, including fresh consumption, culinary purposes, and cider production.
