The tree is characterized by vigorous growth. Harvesting of the late-maturing fruits takes place at the end of October, with the apples being suitable for consumption in the winter period from December to March-April.

The fruits have a round-conical shape, often with asymmetry. The thick skin is covered with grayish-yellow russeting and light lenticels; a red blush is possible on the sunny side. The yellowish-white flesh is characterized by a dense, firm consistency.

The variety is a dessert type; however, due to the dense flesh, which retains its shape when heated, it is suitable for culinary processing. The taste is described as sweetish, with a slight acidity and spicy anise notes.
