The variety belongs to the late-ripening group; harvesting is carried out in mid-October. The fruits have a yellow or olive-green color and a characteristic rough, leathery surface. The fruit flesh is whitish-green, becomes loose during storage, and the skin itself is prone to shriveling.

The fruits are intended for fresh consumption and culinary processing; the storage period spans from December to March. The variety is included in genetic resource conservation registers as a historically significant object.
