The Rosa Mantovana tree has medium vigor and a spreading crown. The variety is characterized by high productivity and good adaptation to local growing conditions.

The fruits are medium-sized, slightly flattened and irregularly shaped. The skin is smooth, light green with an intense orange-red blush. The whitish flesh has a fine texture and a sweet-and-sour aromatic taste; at harvest time it is firm and crisp, but may become mealy over time.

Harvesting is carried out in the second half of October. The fruits are distinguished by good keeping quality and can be stored until March.
