The tree is characterized by vigorous growth and high yield. Historically, the variety was grown in the foothills at an altitude of 400 to 900 meters above sea level. In modern conditions, it is also used in scientific research due to the high content of polyphenols and triterpene acids in the tissues.

The fruits are medium-small in size, with an irregular, asymmetric, and flattened shape. The skin is smooth, of medium thickness, yellow in color with intense wine-red stripes or a blush. The fruit flesh is white, firm, and crunchy; the taste is sweet and sour.

The variety belongs to the late maturity group; harvest is carried out in September-October. The fruits are characterized by good keeping quality. The plant is characterized by resistance to diseases, pests, and adverse climatic conditions of the region of origin. Fuji Fubrax and Golden Delicious B are recommended as pollinators for harvest production.
