The fruits reach harvest maturity in mid-October, and consumption maturity by January. Externally, they are characterized by a whitish-green, and upon ripening, whitish-yellow skin, which becomes greasy during storage. The flesh is firm, greenish-yellowish-white, with a harmonious taste of sugar and acid without a pronounced aroma.
The plant enters bearing mid-late, with moderately high and regular yields. The fruits are sensitive to pressure and easily damaged. The variety is primarily used in cooking and processing, as well as a dessert apple.
