The tree is medium-sized, forming a broad crown with a moderately strong spreading growth habit. Fruit ripening occurs in August — September.

Fruits are medium-sized, with white, firm, tender and juicy flesh. The taste is described as sweet, mild, with slight acidity. The variety is intended for fresh consumption.

The variety is self-incompatible; for pollination, the varieties Sävstaholm, Åkerö, Oranie, Transparente Blanche are recommended. The Stenbock variety itself is often used in breeding as a parent component, in particular for the Silva variety.
