The tree is vigorous, forming a wide, bowl-shaped, spreading crown. The variety belongs to the autumn maturity group and is widespread in the Baltic states under various local names.

The fruits are above-average or large in size, often unequal, truncated-conical or round-conical in shape with pronounced ribs at the base. The fruit color at harvest is greenish-yellow; at full maturity, it is yellow with bright stripes.

The fruit flesh is juicy, with a sweet-and-sour, harmonious taste. The fruits have universal use: they are suitable for fresh consumption, making preserves, juices, jams, compotes, and drying.

The variety possesses genetic value and was actively used as a parent form for breeding new varieties, such as Talvenauding and Tiina.
