The variety was created using sources of resistance from Malus floribunda and Malus zumi. The trees are of the medium-vigorous type. With high-density planting, the variety demonstrates a stable yield exceeding 35 tons per hectare.

The fruits are large, weighing over 170 g, and possess high flesh firmness of up to 13.9 kgf/cm². The variety is suitable for cultivation with a minimum number of phytosanitary treatments due to its resistance to major diseases.
