The variety Président Van Dievoet, also known by the synonyms Cabarette and Président van Dyvoet, is a late-winter variety. Harvest maturity of the fruits occurs in late October – early November; the storage period is possible until late May – early June.

The tree has medium vigor and enters fruit-bearing from the 5th year. Yield is good, but the variety is prone to biennial bearing. Fruits are large, flattened in shape, with yellow-green skin, sometimes with a pink blush and black lenticels. Flesh is white, firm, juicy, sweet-and-sour, with a lemon aroma at full maturity.

The variety is self-sterile and requires cross-pollination; the best pollinators are the varieties Cellini, Colapuis, Keuleman, Radoux, and Reinette Évagil. The plant possesses sufficient resistance to scab and powdery mildew, and is also low-susceptible to fruit tree canker.
