The fruits are medium-sized, round or high-round in shape, with smooth greenish-yellow skin, sometimes with a pinkish-red blush. The flesh is yellowish-white, moderately juicy and firm, becoming mealy over time. The taste is sweet-sour with a characteristic spicy or floral aroma resembling a rose.

The trees are vigorous with a broad-pyramidal crown, undemanding to growing conditions and frost-hardy. Harvest maturity of the fruits occurs in October, the consumption period lasts from December to January. The variety is productive, but prone to biennial bearing.
