The tree is a fast-growing semi-dwarf reaching a height of up to 2.5 meters with a dense, compact crown 20–30 cm wide. The variety is precocious, with the onset of fruiting possible in the year of planting or in the second year. It is partially self-fertile and requires pollinator varieties to increase yield.

The fruits are round-conical in shape, weighing from 100–140 to 240–250 g, and have a light yellow color with a pink or red blush. The flesh is cream-colored, juicy, and fine-grained, with a dessert sweet-and-sour taste. The variety is a winter type, maturing in the first ten days of October, with fruits storing until January-February.

The plant possesses high winter hardiness, withstanding frosts down to -35...-38 °C, and full genetic immunity to scab due to the Vf gene. High yield is maintained for up to 15–16 years, after which drying of the lower fruiting spurs may be observed.
