The variety is culinary, the fruit consumption period lasts from September to December, and harvesting occurs at the end of September. The fruits are very large, round or flat-round in shape, with pale yellow skin, sometimes having a blush. The white, greenish-tinted flesh is juicy, with sharp and acidic taste characteristics.

The tree is vigorous, forms an upright spreading crown and bears fruit on spurs. The variety is triploid, requiring the presence of pollinator varieties. The trees are sensitive to late spring frosts, prone to scab, canker, and susceptible to bitter pit in fruits.
