The tree reaches a height of 4–6 meters. At a young age, the crown has a pyramidal shape, which over the years becomes wide-spreading or inverted-pyramidal. The variety is demanding of soil quality and fertility; with insufficient irrigation or on low-fertility soils, the fruits become smaller and lose their taste qualities.

The fruits are medium-sized, with a broadly conical or truncate-conical shape. The skin is golden-yellow, often with an orange-red blush or stripes. The flesh is firm, juicy, fine-grained, with a yellowish hue, possessing a sweet and sour taste and a spicy aroma. The ripening period varies from early autumn to winter; harvesting typically occurs in September.

The variety possesses good winter hardiness and is capable of producing high, but often irregular, yields. The fruits are prone to dropping when fully ripe.
