Variety description

The variety was developed through conventional breeding as part of the Züchtungsinitiative Niederelbe program using the Elstar and Braeburn varieties. The fruits are medium to large in size, bicolored with a bright red blush, and possess juicy, firm, crisp flesh and a sweet taste. Harvesting takes place in September.

The variety is certified by the ECARF foundation as a product suitable for allergy sufferers. The University of Applied Sciences Osnabrück, the Technical University of Munich, and the Charité clinic participated in the breeding process.
