The tree forms a wide rounded crown, which may become pendulous with age. The fruits have a yellow skin covered with a bright red blush on 3/4 of the surface and often feature an open calyx.
The white flesh of the fruits is distinguished by a tender and juicy texture, as well as a sweet-and-sour taste with slight spicy notes. The chemical composition of the fruits includes mineral substances such as nitrogen and potassium, and they also possess antioxidant activity.
Harvesting occurs in September, the fruits reach consumer maturity in October-November and retain their quality until January-February. The variety is considered undemanding, reliable, and resistant to powdery mildew.
