The tree grows vigorously at a young age, becoming medium-sized after the onset of fruiting; it has thick branches and shoots and is easy to shape. Fruit weight is 110–140 g, round-conical in shape, with golden-yellow skin and an orange-red blush. The flesh is firm, fine-grained, juicy, with a sweet-tart taste and a honey aroma.
The variety is classified as an autumn type; the harvest takes place from late August to mid-September. The fruit is suitable for storage for 2–3 months. Trees are winter hardy and drought tolerant, showing high resistance to scab, but may be susceptible to canker, fire blight, and spring frosts.
