The variety was obtained by crossing Golden Delicious and Cox's Orange Pippin. The tree is characterized as weak- to medium-growing, reaching a height of 2.5–3.5 m. The crown has an oval or ovate shape of medium density; skeletal branches extend at an angle of 50–70 degrees.
Fruits are large with a weight of 160–200 g, round-oval or round-conical in shape. The flesh is juicy and aromatic, the taste is dessert, sweet with a slight acidity. The variety is self-sterile or partially self-fertile; trees of other varieties are required for pollination.
The plant has high resistance to scab, however, it is prone to powdery mildew and fire blight. The tree is prone to overloading with the crop, which requires fruit thinning. The variety is for universal use; fruits are stored for up to 5–6 months in refrigerated conditions.
