The variety Gratia has undergone long-term field trials in various climatic zones of Sweden, including the regions of Balsgård and Öjebyn. During monitoring, indicators of tree growth, flowering dates, and harvest times were recorded, which, in the conditions of northern regions, can fall in the second half of October.
The breeding program under which this variety was obtained was aimed at finding fruit crops adapted to the climate of Sweden. During the testing process, the adaptability and general health of the plants were assessed; however, detailed morphological characteristics of the fruit and detailed data on resistance to pathogens are not presented in open sources.
