The fruits have a round-conical shape, often asymmetrical. The flesh is cream-colored, crisp and juicy, with a moderately sweet taste with a touch of acidity. The harvest is suitable for fresh consumption, culinary use, and drying; the fruits can be stored for 2–3 months.
The plant is precocious, entering fruiting in the 4th year. The variety is self-sterile and requires the presence of pollinator varieties. The tree demonstrates resistance to fungal diseases, but is sensitive to strong winds, which can damage apical buds.
