The tree is distinguished by slow growth and forms an elegant crown about 2 meters in diameter. The foliage has a rich green color and a glossy texture. Abundant flowering occurs from late May to early July; the flowers are white, cup-shaped, and 3–4 cm in size.
The fruits are small, golden-yellow in color, ripen in autumn, and remain on the tree for a long time. The variety is intended for ornamental use in group and single plantings. The plant is winter hardy down to -23°C...-28°C, resistant to diseases and pests, and demanding of soil moisture.
