The plant has a rounded crown, which can take on weeping forms with age. Dark green broadly elliptical leaves change color to yellow and red tones in autumn. Flowers with a diameter of 2.5–3 cm bloom in May from pink-red buds.
The fruits are spherical in shape and reach 2.5 cm in diameter. The variety belongs to winter hardiness zone 5, is resistant to fungal diseases, and tolerates urban conditions well. It prefers fertile, moderately moist, and drained soils.
This variety is intended exclusively for decorative landscaping, including the creation of single plantings, alleys, and garden compositions. Information about the suitability of the fruits for food is erroneous, as the variety is purely decorative.
