The Fragolia tree (synonyms Adramytiani, Aivaliotiki, Mytilinia, Peraiki) can reach a height of up to 8 meters. The fruits are medium-sized, round or slightly oval in shape, ripening in November – December.

The oil content of the fruits ranges from 20% to 25%. The variety is valued for producing olive oil with an intense aroma and rich taste, and is also suitable for use as table olives. The plant is susceptible to the olive fruit fly.
