The variety belongs to the common sainfoin type, which implies a limited number of cuts per year with high plant longevity, maintaining productivity for 3–5 years. The plant has thin stems and leaves.

Forage value is due to a high content of condensed tannins, contributing to better protein digestion and the prevention of bloat in ruminants. The variety is suitable for haymaking, grazing, silage and haylage production, as well as for cultivation in mixtures with grasses.

Due to the development of a deep root system and the ability to fix nitrogen, the variety contributes to the improvement of soil structure and fertility.
