Variety description

The plant reaches a height of 0.5–1.0 meters. Upon emergence, leaves are dark green, which later changes to a deep purple-brown with a characteristic light blue bloom. Inflorescences are loose panicles of a dark brown or purple shade, positioned above the foliage.
The variety is decorative, suitable for solitary plantings, mass plantings, containers, and borders. The plant is winter hardy, withstands temperatures down to -25...-30°C, and adapts to various soil types. Flowering occurs from late July to October; pruning of the above-ground part is recommended in early spring or late winter.
