Variety description

The variety is a perennial herbaceous crop with C4 photosynthesis. The plants form large green or gray-green clumps 1.5 to 1.8 meters tall. The variety has a strongly developed and deep root system, and the productive lifespan of the plantation is up to 10–12 years.

Dry biomass yield reaches 10–14 t/ha in the generative phase, with a total yield of 15–25 t/ha. The biomass is suitable for direct combustion and biogas production due to its high fiber and cellulose content. The crop is well adapted to climatic conditions, tolerating temperatures down to -25°C, drought, and acidic and sandy soils.
