Variety description

The plant forms a dense clump with narrow linear leaves. In spring, the foliage is green, but gradually acquires a dark red or purple hue, complemented by yellow-bronze tones in autumn. Flowering begins in July and August with airy panicles of pink-purple or red-brown color.

The variety belongs to hardiness zone 4 and withstands temperatures down to –34 °C. The plant is characterized by drought tolerance and adapts well to various soil types, from sandy to heavy clay. Due to its rigid stems, the variety is resistant to lodging and maintains an upright shape.

It is used exclusively in landscape design for creating color accents, mixed borders, and mass plantings. To achieve maximum decorativeness of foliage and inflorescences, it is recommended to grow the variety in sunny locations.
