The variety belongs to the upland ecotype and is an energy crop used for gasification, combustion, and the production of second-generation biofuels. Under optimized cultivation technologies, the variety is capable of providing high biomass yields reaching 15 tons per hectare.

The plant possesses high resistance to drought periods, low temperatures, winter frosts, and short-term flooding. The evaluation of the variety includes indicators of the biochemical composition of the biomass, including sugar content and total energy value.
