Variety description

The variety is an octoploid plant with an upright or semi-upright habit. Stems are characterized by their thickness, and leaves have a blue-green hue. Plant height varies from 2 to 2.4 meters depending on conditions, which exceeds the indicators of a number of standard varieties. The seeds of the variety are characterized by increased weight, which has a positive effect on germination.

It belongs to late-maturing varieties, however, it matures earlier than the source material. It possesses high winter hardiness, corresponding to zone 4A, and resistance to lodging. The plants are distinguished by rapid establishment and intensive growth during the initial stages of development. The variety is multipurpose and suitable for biomass production, forage production, creation of wildlife habitat, and soil conservation measures.
