The variety was classified as a type with above-average productivity, reaching over 85% of the control variety level in trials. It was used in agricultural production as a forage crop, noted for its resilience and longevity under operational conditions.
The variety demonstrated good adaptability, however, under certain climatic conditions it was susceptible to diseases, in particular rust. Currently, the variety is considered obsolete and was removed from the registries of a number of countries in the early 2000s.
