The Magnus variety is a type of field pea. Between 1988 and 1991, it was used as one of the variety lines in experiments studying the forage potential of peas when grown in mixed crops with cereal crops in Western Canada.
Detailed morphological characteristics, including plant height, data on disease resistance, or maturity group, are absent from open publications.
