The variety belongs to the BVMG type, possessing a dense, medium-green turf. Due to rhizome development, the plant is capable of self-repair after damage. The variety shows good resistance to diseases and mechanical stress.

The plant is intended for the creation of sports fields, park areas, and residential lawns. It is used both in pure form and as a component of lawn grass mixtures.
