The plant leaf is wide, with a color ranging from green to dark green. Anthocyanin coloration of the leaf sheath is absent or very weak. The stem is medium to long, the inflorescence is medium-sized. The variety is characterized by medium or late heading time.

The plant is distinguished by high winter hardiness, drought tolerance, and resistance to waterlogging. It is resistant to major lawn diseases such as rust, leaf spots, and Fusarium. It possesses high seed germination energy and rapid rooting.

The grass stand is dense and ornamental. The variety begins vegetation early in spring and retains its green color until late autumn. It tolerates frequent mowing and trampling well, which allows it to be used for creating sports and playgrounds, as well as including it in grass mixtures.
