The variety possesses a fine leaf texture and dark color. Due to reduced vertical growth, the need for frequent mowing is decreased, and the high turf density ensures lawn uniformity throughout the entire year.

The plant has high resistance to trampling and excellent resistance to the fungus Rhizoctonia solani. The variety is intended for creating professional lawns and sod production.
