Variety description

The variety was obtained as a result of controlled hybridization of the maternal form Populus × generosa (clone 103-86) and the paternal form Populus trichocarpa (clone PEE). The plant is specifically developed for intensive cultivation for the purpose of biomass and timber production.

The clone possesses high ecological plasticity, demonstrating resistance to drought, wind, and major fungal diseases, including rust. In experimental plantings, trees reach a height of approximately 2 m by the end of the third season. The wood density is about 0.80 t/m³ with a basic density of 0.31 g/cm³.
