The variety was obtained by crossing the maternal form Populus trichocarpa and the paternal form Populus maximowiczii. The plant is a male clone with an elongated, ovoid crown, which is wider than that of related varieties Dender and Marke. The trunk is characterized by flexibility and light-colored smooth bark.

The hybrid is characterized by high biomass productivity and adaptability to various growing conditions, including land reclamation. The variety is suitable for use in energy forestry and is also considered a promising material for forestry with acceptable wood quality.
