The tree is medium-sized or vigorous with a spreading crown and strong branches. It bears fruit on annual growth and fruit spurs. The variety is prone to overloading, which requires thinning pruning to maintain fruit size.

Fruits weigh 70–90 g, are oval and slightly flattened in shape, and intense orange in color with a possible blush. The flesh is firm, aromatic, of medium juiciness, with a sweet-tart taste. The harvest period falls between the end of June and July, and up to August in northern regions.

The variety is self-infertile and requires pollinators. It possesses high winter hardiness of the wood down to -25...-28°C; flower buds are moderately resistant to spring frosts. The variety is highly resistant to Monilinia, but susceptible to Stigmina carpophila, and tolerates drought well.
