The tree is of moderate vigor with a spreading, compact crown. The variety is characterized by good field resistance to Monilinia laxa, bacterial spot, and Cytospora canker. The fruits weighing about 50 g have a round or oval shape, and the pit separates easily from the flesh.
The variety is intended for fresh consumption, canning, drying, and freezing, and possesses good transportability. The issue of self-fertility is debatable in the literature, therefore, to increase yield, the presence of pollinator varieties blooming at similar times is recommended.
