The variety was obtained by selecting seedlings from open pollination of the Vympel variety. Trees are medium-sized, forming a spreading crown of medium density. They enter the fruiting stage in the 4–5th year after planting.
Fruits are large, weighing from 65 g, round in shape. The main color of the skin is orange with an even diffuse red blush; the skin is velvety with slight pubescence. The flesh is light orange, juicy, with a fibrous consistency, and has a sweet-and-sour taste. The stone is medium-sized and separates well from the flesh.
The variety has good transportability and keeping quality. It is characterized by high winter hardiness and resistance to diseases, and is suitable for both fresh consumption and processing.
