The tree of the variety is vigorous and forms a wide crown with spreading branches. The variety is characterized by a late flowering period, which allows it to avoid damage from spring frosts, and is self-fertile.
The fruits are large, weighing from 70 to 120 g, and have a round or slightly elongated shape. The skin of the fruits is orange with a bright red blush; the flesh is juicy and firm, possessing a dessert taste. The variety has high transportability, good keeping quality, and is for universal use.
The plant is relatively resistant to low temperatures, diseases, and partially to plum pox virus. The fruits ripen in late July or early August.
