The Sant’Ambrogio variety (synonyms Ambrosia, Saint Ambroise) belongs to autochthonous Italian apricot varieties. The plant has flowers with elliptically elongated petals.

The fruits of the variety are characterized by large size and firm skin. The fruit color is pale yellow with a pink blush; the flesh is distinguished by pronounced sweetness and a delicate aroma. The ripening period of the variety falls in July.
