Variety description

The tree is of medium vigor with a semi-upright crown, entering fruit-bearing in the 3rd year. The variety is resistant to Plum pox virus; flower buds have low susceptibility to winter frosts. Fruits are round-oval in shape, medium to large in size (2A–3A caliber), and resistant to cracking in the suture area.

Fruit skin is cream-colored with a bright red or pink blush. The flesh is champagne-colored, juicy, with a sugar content of 16–18° Brix; the stone separates well. Fruits maintain commercial quality in storage for up to 3 weeks. The variety is self-incompatible and requires pollinators such as Bergeval, Sonnenschein, Candide, Kioto, Jengat, Vertige, Bergeron, Frisson, or Faralia.
